Missing Person: Robert Rithaler Jr, Male, Native Place: KentuckyNewport, Date of Birth: 03/24/1964, Last seen at daughter and son in laws home in Newport KY around 11am, on Tuesday, May 18th, he was still wearing his pajamas. Per Police Department, he had an argument with his daughter (this has been denied by her husband) That was the last time he was seen. Roberts son in law filed a police report on Wednesday, May 19th at 7am, with the Newport KY PD. Son-in-law notified Robert's wife at 11:53am on the 19th by cell phone. Robert left behind his cell phone, wallet, watch, dogs and bike. He only took the green backpack he uses when grocery shopping at Newport Kroger, and he is said to have had $100 in pocket.
